RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Business to Business Trade and Consumer Returns Policy

Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, Products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they arrive back to us in unopened, perfect and re-saleable condition. If the product appears to be used or the packaging opened, you will lose your right to cancel your order due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Products which are damaged in transit may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

If you return a product to us:
If you have order a product in error, we will process the refund to you as soon as possible, if the products are sent back to us in perfect, unused and unopened condition.
In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding delivery fees. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us.
For any other reason, for example if you claimed that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of our decision and your refund via email within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.

Products returned by consumer because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the Products back to us by 1st class post, but if you choose to send them recorded delivery the extra costs of that will be responsible to you.

We will process refunds via the same method of payment that consumer made for the purchase.

You will be held responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.
