By placing an order with Allure Nail Supplies you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose.

When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to process your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available you will be notified by email.
Allure Nail Supplies may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Please note images shown on website may not be 100% accurate as to the item due to different monitor settings and digital images will not always be 100% accurate, please do not buy if you are not sure what the colour would turn out to be as we do not accept returns for this.
We would recommend you contacting us before purchasing so we can supply a photo image of the product.

If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. As images of the products are not always accurate such as nail polish or Gel polish we would advise all our customers to research the product before ordering as we do not accept returns or exchange for colours not fully matching the images supplied by the manufacturer.
