These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the www.allurenails.co.uk website and your relationship with The Allure Group Ltd. Please read them carefully as they may affect your rights and liabilities under the consumer law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the www.allurenails.co.uk website. By using www.allurenails.co.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

TRADE SALES

The following terms apply to sales to the trade. By placing an order with Allure Nail Supplies you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose.

No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

* you are a business and are entering a contract with us in the course of your

trade and you acknowledge that you are not contracting as a consumer, and so do not have any consumer rights.

CONSUMER SALES

The following terms apply to sales to the general public. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller.

You can Order Products in the following ways:

When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to process your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available you will be notified by email.

Allure Nail Supplies may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Please note images shown on website may not be 100% accurate as to the item due to different monitor settings and digital images will not always be 100% accurate, please do not buy if you are not sure what the colour would turn out to be as we do not accept returns for this.

We would recommend you contacting us before purchasing so we can supply a photo image of the product.

PAYMENT

Orders may be processed online or over the telephone.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.

All Order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your Order.

PRICE

The price for each Product on www.allurenails.co.uk is shown & paid in UK sterling (GBP).

We always try to make sure that the prices on www.allurenails.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund.

At the moment, the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

DELIVERY AND CHARGES

The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order.

Most orders placed before 4.00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched the same day, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders placed after 4.00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day. No orders are processed, despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

COMPLAINTS

We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. We have a simple returns and refunds policy which means that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily over the phone.

For issues that cannot be dealt with immediately we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours either with a solution or with an expected timescale to put an end to the issue.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a simple returns and refunds policy which means that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be dealt with immediately we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours either with a solution or with an expected timescale to put an end to the issue.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

We try to keep www.allurenails.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

PRODUCTS

As images of the products are not always accurate such as nail polish or Gel polish we would advise all our customers to research the product before ordering as we do not accept returns or exchange for colours not fully matching the images supplied by the manufacturer.

COURSES

When booking our courses the customer will pay a non refundable pre payment which is 50% of the course full balance. This payment covers the accreditation fees, enrolment and the kit and manuals for the course. Once a customer has paid for the course they will have a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period from the date of receipt of the course. The customer will be able to cancel with a full refund if they change their mind and wish the cancel the course. The refund will be processed through the same method of payment. After the 14 day refund period all deposits are secured and non refundable or transferrable. Customers should be aware of the course date they’re booking for and make sure they can attend. In extreme circumstances the customer cannot attend the course, our academy could make the decision to move the customer to another course date.

We try and offer you the best service we can. But we cannot promise that all our products and services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that www.allurenails.co.uk will be fault free. If you find a fault, please let us know by contacting www.allurenails.co.uk

Allure Nail Supplies is not involved in the manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the manufacturer’s guidelines. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Allure Nail Supplies may change or withdraw any part of www.allurenails.co.uk or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary. may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of www.allurenails.co.uk upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Allure Nail Supplies acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person.

If Allure Nail Supplies does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Allure Nail Supplies option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Allure Nail Supplies and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Since we are only aiming www.allurenails.co.uk at the UK market, we cannot guarantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries. Use of Nails by Allure Nails Supplies and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
